CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-62 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />CHAVEZ PRESERVE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat for Chavez Preserve with Resolution No. <br />17-61 on July 10, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Agreement between Royal Oaks Realty, Inc. and the City of <br />Lino Lakes for Chavez Preserve and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such <br />agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of July, 2017. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kusterman, Manthey, Maher, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Ju1T nne Bartell, Cit C1 <br />
