4. Resource Inventory and Existing Conditions Survey: a. Soil boring data shall be provided and added to the sheet. 5. Preliminary Plat Sheet: a. The impervious surface coverage of Lot 1 shall be provided on the preliminary plat. b. The preliminary plat shall be revised to show the Side Yard Setback is 10 feet for principal building and 5 feet for accessory building. 6. Sheet C2, Grading, Drainage & Erosion Control Plan: a. Drainage and utility easements shall extend a minimum of 10 feet beyond the basin's 100 -year storm high water level elevation. b. The applicant shall verify these standards are being met and revise all plans accordingly. c. Soil boring data and groundwater depth shall be added to the sheet. 7. Sheet C3, Utility Plan: a. The applicant shall confirm if the well on Lot 1 has been properly capped or if it is used for private irrigation purposes. 8. Sheet L1, Landscape Plan: a. A separate Tree Preservation and Mitigation Plan sheet shall be submitted in accordance to Section 1007.043(17)(j). b. The Environmental Coordinator shall coordinate with the developer or builder on the planting of the boulevard trees. 9. Final Plat a.
