4. Resource Inventory and Existing Conditions Survey: <br />a. Soil boring data shall be provided and added to the sheet. <br />5. Preliminary Plat Sheet: <br />a. The impervious surface coverage of Lot 1 shall be provided on the <br />preliminary plat. <br />b. The preliminary plat shall be revised to show the Side Yard Setback is 10 <br />feet for principal building and 5 feet for accessory building. <br />6. Sheet C2, Grading, Drainage & Erosion Control Plan: <br />a. Drainage and utility easements shall extend a minimum of 10 feet beyond <br />the basin's 100 -year storm high water level elevation. <br />b. The applicant shall verify these standards are being met and revise all <br />plans accordingly. <br />c. Soil boring data and groundwater depth shall be added to the sheet. <br />7. Sheet C3, Utility Plan: <br />a. The applicant shall confirm if the well on Lot 1 has been properly capped <br />or if it is used for private irrigation purposes. <br />8. Sheet L1, Landscape Plan: <br />a. A separate Tree Preservation and Mitigation Plan sheet shall be submitted <br />in accordance to Section 1007.043(17)(j). <br />b. The Environmental Coordinator shall coordinate with the developer or <br />builder on the planting of the boulevard trees. <br />9. Final Plat <br />a. Drainage and utility easements shall extend a minimum of 10 feet beyond <br />the basin's 100 -year storm high water level elevation. <br />b.
