CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-67 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR GOLDEN ACRE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat for Golden Acre with Resolution No. 17- <br />66 on July 10, 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Agreement between Tim Anderson and the City of Lino <br />Lakes for Golden Acre and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on <br />behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of July, 2017. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Maher, Manthey, Kusterman, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />nne Bartell, Cit Cler <br />Jeff Reinert, Ma - +r <br />
