CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-68 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF STORMWATER MANAGEMENT <br />FACILITY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN RICE CREEK WATERSHED <br />DISTRICT AND CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />WHEREAS, the Chavez Preserve project includes the construction of stormwater facilities; and <br />WHEREAS, such stormwater facilities are subject to the requirements of the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed District Board of Managers conditionally approved <br />Permit No. 16-071 for the project subject to the execution a maintenance agreement between the <br />City and the Watershed District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />executes the Stormwater Management Facility Maintenance Agreement between the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District and City of Lino Lakes. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of July, 2017. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Kustermanand was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kusterman, Manthey, Maher, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />J i . ne Bartell, C tj� <br />11 i Cle <br />
