CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-70 <br />APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR PRO 1 CONSTRUCTION INC. <br />WHEREAS, Pro 1 Construction Inc., has submitted a peddlers license application to the city <br />clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Pro 1 Construction Inc., has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for-profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, a background check on the company representatives who will be working in Lino <br />Lakes have been completed by the Public Safety Department; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />Christopher Platzer and Jerald Galloway, representatives of Pro 1 Construction Inc., are hereby <br />authorized to vend for a period of six -months beginning July 11, 2017 and ending January 11, <br />2017. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of July, 2017. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Ratterty, Maher, Manthey, Kusterman, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Julignne Bartell, Ci Cler <br />
