CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-74 <br />APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR THE WINDOW STORE <br />WHEREAS, The Window Store., has submitted a peddlers license application to the city <br />clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, The Window Store has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the <br />Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for-profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, a background check on the company representatives who will be working in Lino <br />Lakes have been completed by the Public Safety Department; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />Nicholas Fox, Alan Wagner, Steven Paz and Riley Havlicek of The Window Store, are hereby <br />authorized to vend for a period of six -months beginning July 25, 2017 and ending January 25, <br />2017. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of July, 2017. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon vote being <br />taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, kafferty, Kusterman, Manthey, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Juli. nne Bartell, Ci y Clerk <br />Jeff Reinert, . yor <br />
