Section 3. That the Lino Lakes Code of Ordinances, Section 217.04 relating <br />to Environmental Board, Compensation of Members, be amended to read as <br />follows: <br />217.04 COMPENSATION OF MEMBERS. <br />(1) Members shall receive a maximum quarterly salapy stipend of $4-50-$225 ( 0 $75 <br />per meeting) with the chair of the Board to receive receiving a quarterly stipend of <br />$22-5-$300 4-75 $100 per meeting). <br />(2) Members will not be paid for meetings that they miss. If a member misses a <br />regularly scheduled meeting, but attends a special Environmental Board meeting, the <br />monthly stipend will be paid for the special meeting. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of Nov , 2016. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was introduced by Council <br />Member Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Maher, Manthey, Kusterman, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Bartell, City C erk <br />Jeff Reine <br />
