COUNCIL MINUTES <br />July 24, 2017 <br />:'' MAN a1 <br />91 - The location of the Comcast property that has been discussed by the council; <br />92 - The number of lots included (ten); <br />93 - Phasing plan, as it currently stands; <br />94 - Developer has submitted plans for a 4 h Addition (Comcast Property); includes connection to <br />95 Foxborough development; <br />96 - Developer has up to two years to make the road connection; <br />97 - Review of sewer and water main plans; <br />98 - Blocks and lots review; <br />99 - Park dedication fees; <br />100 - Remaining trail construction; <br />101 - Transportation plan for the Saddle Club development. <br />102 <br />103 Mayor Reinert asked for more information on the final two lots. Developer Marcel Eibensteiner told <br />104 the council that they are working hard to get an extension through (the Army Corps of Engineers). <br />105 <br />106 Council Member Maher stated that she'd like to see Fox Road extended; is there a time frame. Mr. <br />107 Eibensteiner said with approval he will have that complete by July 1 of next year. <br />108 <br />109 Council Member Manthey asked about the ponds; do they provide mitigation for area properties. <br />110 <br />111 Community Development Director Grochala explained that the wetland in the area has been studied <br />112 and the Corps is reviewing the area to determine national involvement. That process is three months. <br />113 He feels Rice Creek Watershed District is amenable to proceeding. <br />114 <br />115 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 17-39 as presented. Council Member <br />116 Manthey seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />117 <br />118 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 1740 as presented. Council Member <br />119 Manthey seconded the motion.
