He believes that he is exempted under state law and also because he is <br /> 20 running for an elective office. The council directed staff to provide an update on the city's peddler <br /> 21 regulations at the next work session. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 SETTING THE AGENDA <br /> 24 <br /> 25 The agenda was amended to include an announcement of the Lino Lakes Community Emergency <br /> 26 Response Team (CERT) Blood Drive on Saturday, February 18, 2012, at Lino Lakes City Hall. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Officer Chad Schirmers was recognized by the Council for being named the Lino Lakes Police <br /> 29 Department Officer of the Year. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items lA through H. Council <br /> 34 Member Roeser seconded the motion.
