Also suggested that the language of the contract should be <br />141 reviewed as she believes it may not be legal. <br />142 <br />143 Commissioner Trehus stated the information of the contract was not present at the October <br />144 meeting, due to an innocent "slip of the mind." <br />145 <br />146 MOTION by Commissioner Trehus, seconded by Gunderson to continue discussion on the item <br />147 and add to agenda for the next meeting. <br />148 <br />149 Commissioner Carlson supports the decision of the Chair to delay the letter to come back to the <br />150 Commission for further discussion.
