Roll Call was taken and the Pledge of Allegiance was <br />recited. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />No one spoke during the period for open mike. <br />Chair Dahl noted that she would like the meeting to be respectful. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />A. Charter Commission Budget <br />Chair Dahl distributed copies of the exact language of the Minnesota State Statute regulating <br />Charter Commission budgets, stating that City Councils may authorize additional funds above <br />the required $1,500 per year. <br />1 <br />
