Council Member Stoltz introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 08-144 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 06-213 SETTING THE GENERAL TIMELINE FOR THE ADOPTION OF THE FIVE-YEAR FINANCIAL PLAN WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a timeline for the preparation, submission and annual adoption of the five-year financial plan with Resolution No. 06-213, and WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, such resolution states that the plan shall be adopted by the end of December, and information necessary to complete and adopt the plan within this timeframe is often unavailable until after the first of the ensuing year, and the City Council wishes to have all necessary information available prior to adopting the annual update of the five-year financial plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Lino Lakes City Council that the timeline for adopting the five-year financial plan is hereby amended as follows: 1) The five-year plan shall be adopted by the City Council following a public hearing, along with any revisions arising therefrom, by the end of the first quarter each year. Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of December 2008. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member Gallup and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Stoltz, Gallup, Reinert, O'Donnell, Bergeson The following voted against same: none Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
