Charter Commission <br />October 11, 2007 <br />Page 7 <br />DRAFT <br />265 <br />266 Ms. Marty replied that language can be added that the City must maintain the roads according to <br />267 the Pavement Management Plan. <br />268 <br />269 Commissioner Dahl stated she felt it is important to include language that the Charter <br />270 Commission can exercise its discretion with respect to this language. <br />271 <br />272 Commissioner Carlson agreed with Ms. Marty that this language should not be included in the <br />273 Charter.
