He stated there was <br />significant discussion by the Charter Commission at its November 1st meeting regarding the <br />taxpayer referendum and there were only two nays following the vote on the motion, resulting in <br />the motion being carried. <br />Commissioner Storberg concurred. <br />MOTION by Chair Duffy to amend the agenda to include a discussion regarding the taxpayer <br />referendum provision of the proposed Charter amendment. <br />Further Discussion <br />Commissioner Trehus suggested this item could be included under agenda item #6, Old Business <br />(review revised draft amendment). <br />Chair Duffy withdrew her motion. <br />
