Commissioner Dahl <br />replied the complete copy of the minutes was emailed out to the commissioners. There was to be <br />a hard copy of the minutes left for the commissioners this evening, but that was not done. <br />Commissioner Trehus indicated he will be abstaining from the vote on the minutes. <br />MOTION by Commissioner Dahl, seconded by Commissioner Zastrow, to approve the minutes <br />of July 19, 2007. Motion carried 11-0-1. Abstain: Commissioner Trehus. <br />
