That item will be discussed by the council at their <br /> 22 next regular meeting(September 24). <br /> 23 <br /> 24 SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br /> 25 <br /> 26 Proclamation—September 17-23 as United States Constitution Week <br /> 27 Daughters of the American Revolution,Anoka Chapter <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Mayor Reinert read the proclamation. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve the proclamation as presented. Council Member Roeser <br /> 32 seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Council Member Roeser moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items l A through 1G, as presented. <br /> 37 Council Member Stoesz seconded the motion.
