The <br /> 115 engineering consultant on the project has reviewed the bid and recommends acceptance. <br /> 116 <br /> 117 Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve Resolution No. 12-95 as presented. Council Member <br /> 118 Roeser seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br /> 119 <br /> 120 6Bii, Resolution No.. 12-96,Approving a Stormwater Maintenance Agreement with the <br /> 121 Rice Creek Watershed District(RCWD)—Community Development Director Grochala stated that <br /> 122 the resolution establishes that the RCWD has approved certain storm water improvements that will be <br /> 123 a part of the intersection improvement projects. The requirements of a maintenance agreement and <br /> 124 other specifics will be laid out in the agreement. Anoka County will also have some responsibility. <br /> 125 <br /> 126 Council Member Roeser asked if this type of action will impact the city's wetland banking and Mr. <br /> 127 Grochala explained that it would not, however,there will be an opportunity for storm water volume <br /> 128 banking for future city use. <br /> 129 <br /> 130 Council Member Roeser moved to approve Resolution No. 12-96 as presented. Council Member <br /> 131 Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br /> 132 <br /> 133 6Biii,Resolution No. 12-98,Approving a Construction Services Agreement with TKDA- <br /> 134 Community Development Director Grochala explained that the resolution would allow the payment <br /> L,A35 to TKDA for project related services.
