The refunding will save the city about $32,000. The council has received a <br /> 73 positive recommendation from the city's financial advisor, Springsted, for this bond sale. Mayor <br /> 74 Reinert noted that the signal projects were approved by the citizens, the amount of the project has <br /> 75 come in under budget and now the financing is very reasonable. <br /> 76 <br /> 77 Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve Resolution No. 12-99 as presented. Council Member <br /> 78 Roeser seconded the motion.
