Any further consideration by one or more Charter Commissioners will require
a formal request to the Charter Commission for reviewing the City Council's 2012 proposed
Charter amendment. This concludes the joint meeting between the City Council and the Charter
Commission. The purpose of the meeting is consideration of adoption by ordinance the Charter
amendment as proposed by the City Council to the voters in 2012.

After a brief break the meeting reconvened at 8:13 p.m.
Motion passes with 2 opposed.
ADJOURN

MOTION by Commissioner Bartsch, seconded by Commissioner Turcotte, to adjourn the
meeting at 8:35 pm.
