When asked to comment on the City's fund reserve, Mr. Rolek <br /> 83 noted that the city's reserve is healthy and is above the 50% benchmark established by the city council. <br /> 84 Mayor Reinert noted that some city reserves are in the range of 35%. <br /> 85 <br /> 86 Mayor Reinert opened the public hearing.
