I have attached a preliminary letter from Mr. Jeff <br />Schoenbauer from Brauer and Associates, Ltd. dated June 30, 2003. Mr. Grochala and I will be <br />meeting with Mr. Schoenbauer prior to Monday's Park Board Meeting.
