The <br />development is a 112 unit attached townhome project on 11.2 acres in the Town Center. The <br />Woods Edge 2nd Addition Final Plat request is for approval of Phase II of this project. This is the <br />last phase of development. DR Horton is the developer and applicant. <br /> <br />Previous Council approvals include: <br /> <br />• July 11, 2016: Resolution No. 16-67 approving PUD development stage plan and <br />preliminary plat <br />
