It shall be executed by the city and the <br />developer and recorded by the developer. <br /> <br />Title Commitment <br /> <br />The City Attorney reviewed the title commitment and final plat and had no issues. <br /> <br />Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br /> <br />A Declaration for Maintenance of Stormwater Facilities for private facilities for the entire <br />development was recorded on September 23, 2016. A Maintenance Agreement for Stormwater <br />Management Facilities for the public facilities for the entire development was executed on <br />September 23, 2016. <br /> <br />No other agreements are required. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />The Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval of the Woods Edge 2nd <br />Addition final plat on April 12, 2017. The vote was 6-0. Staff is recommending approval of the <br />following items with conditions as listed: <br /> <br />1. Resolution No. 17-37 Approving Final Plat <br />2.
