CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-38 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR WOODS EDGE 2ND ADDITION <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat for Woods Edge 2nd Addition with <br />Resolution No. 17-37 on May 8, 2017; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City’s subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Agreement between D.R.
