<br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-42 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR THE <br />WEST SHADOW DRIVE AND LAMOTTE NEIGHBORHOOD STREET <br />RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Resolution 17-07, adopted January 9, 2017, a feasibility report has <br />been prepared by WSB and Associates, with reference to West Shadow Lake and LaMotte <br />Neighborhood Street Reconstruction; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, council requested the cost of the project for inclusion into the 5 year Street <br />Reconstruction Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this report was received by the council on May 8, 2017, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br /> <br />Accepts the feasibility report, prepared by WSB and Associates, dated May 8, 2017, and will <br />consider such improvements in accordance with the report. The Council will determine in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and <br />feasible; whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement; and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of May, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br />
