CONSENT AGENDA A) Consideration of Expenditures: i) June 12, 2017 (Check No. 105958 through 106045 in the amount of $292,403.35 amended to remove CNH payment of $764.30 B) Consider approval of May 22, 2017 Work Session Minutes C) Consider approval of May 22, 2017 Council Meeting Minutes D) Consider Resolution No. 17-55, Approving the Renewal of Liquor, Wine and Beer licenses for the 2017/2018 licensing period E) Consider approval of Resolution 17-56, 2017/2018 Tobacco License Renewals F) Consider Resolution No. 17-51, Approving a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License, a Cabaret License, an Exemption for Gambling Permit and Parade Run permit for the Annual St. Joseph’s Catholic Church August Festival Action Taken: Motion by Rafferty seconded by Manthey, to approve Consent Agenda, Items 1A through 1F as amended, was adopted 2. FINANCE DEPARTMENT REPORT A) Consider Accepting 2016 Audit Report, Redpath & Company, Ltd., Sarah Cotton Action Taken: Motion by Rafferty seconded by Manthey, to accept the 2016 Audit Report as presented, was adopted 3. ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT REPORT A) Consider 1st Reading of Ordinance No. 03-17, Relating to Liquor and Beer Sales on Sunday, Julie Bartell Action Taken: Motion by Maher seconded by Rafferty, to approve the 1st Reading of Ordinance No. 03-17 as presented, was adopted
