Council Member Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice <br /> 34 vote. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Consent Item 1G as presented. Council Member Roeser <br /> 37 seconded the motion.
