a <br />ORDINANCE Na, <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />SFATL OF MINNESOTA <br />/\N UkU I NANOL AMLNU I NU UkU I NANCL NO. 21 01 I I IL CIIY UI LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUN I Y, <br />MINNESOTA, PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ON OCTOBER 14, 1957. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, ordains: <br />Ordinance No. 21, of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed <br />by the Village Council on October 14, 1957, is hereby amended by adding thereto the <br />following, to wit: <br />SECTION Street Lighting. <br />In single and multiple family developments the developer shall install residential <br />street lights and custom poles when recommended by the City Engineer. In commercial <br />or industrial development the developer shall install commercial or industrial metal <br />poles and fixtures when recommended and approved by the City Engineer. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 21 shall stand as initially adopted and <br />as previously amended. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage <br />and publication according to law. <br />Passed by the City Council this day of March, 1978. <br />
