February 8, 1978 <br />A special meeting of the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board was call to order <br />by Chairman Gourley at 8:00 P.M., Wednesday February 8, 1978 <br />Members present: Gourley, Schwankl, Mattson, Shearen. Members absent: Reinert, <br />Hill, Karth. Mr. Mc Lean, Council liason was also present. <br />The purpose of this special meeting was to consider the rezoning request from <br />Feed - Rite Controls, Inc. <br />Mr. Gourley explained that the materials requested at the previous Planning and <br />Zoning meeting was in and appeared to be satisfactory. He asked for further dis- <br />cussion. <br />It was explained to Mr. Shipp that the City Engineer had stated that the construct- <br />ion plans for this site would have to be submitted to the Rice Creek Watershed <br />Board for their comments. <br />Mr. Mattson moved to recommend approval of ked - Rite Controls, Inc. request <br />to rezone approximately II acres north of 35W and South of Lilac Street and west <br />of Highway #49 and set a pMblic hearing for the rezoning. <br />Mr. Shearen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Shipp was told that Feed - Rite Controls, INc. would be placed on the Council <br />agenda for February 13, 1978. <br />Mr. Shearen moved to adjourn at 8:08 p.m. The motion was seconded by Mrs. Schwankl. <br />Aye. <br />
