May 31„1977 <br />A special meeting of the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board had <br />been scheduled for this date to consider a change in the plat of <br />Pine Vista II. Due to a lack of a quorum the meeting could not be <br />called to order. However, the members present agreed to discuss <br />informally the changes planned by Mr. Nelson. <br />Mr. Nelson was.informed this information could be received and <br />and forwarded to the Council =without a recommendation from this <br />Board. <br />There was discussion on the suggested change in the configuration <br />of the street with the Board asking the Clerk to forward this in- <br />formation to Mr. c•ctwald and M.P. Short. Their concern was in re-- <br />rerence to the use of this street by emergency vehicles - was its <br />adequate. <br />There was also the question of the necessity of republishing and <br />holding another public hearing. The Clerk is to contact Mr. Lochei <br />on this matter. <br />Mr. Feyen, who owns land to the North of Mr. Nelson's property, was <br />in the audience. He had some questions as to the drainage of this <br />plat. <br />Mr. Nelson had ales applied for a variance to split a lot in Pine <br />Vista I. The Board asked that he get an exact legal description <br />for this split. This will be presented at the June 15, 1977 <br />regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board. <br />
