Page 4 May 19, 1976 <br />Mr. Moore had applied for a sign permit for a new sigh at the Blue Heron. <br />Mr. Mobley had contacted Mr. Moore and had worked out the problems but had <br />not turned the application in for consideration at this meeting. However, <br />since the construction of this sign must be approved by the Building Inspect- <br />or, Mr. Shearen moved to recommend approval of this sign permit contingent upon <br />Mr. Mobley's approval. Seconded by Mr. Karth. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Edmundson appeared before the Planning and Zoning Board to present several <br />"oncepts for developing forty acres of land that he has purchased at the end <br />o; 62nd street. There will be 34 $o Z$ homes located on the forty acres and <br />,'-he design will utilize the high spots for homes and he plans to retain as <br />meny of the trees as possible. The Board recommended the elimination of as <br />many of the cul-de-sacs as possible, otherwise they felt the basic design was <br />g --i. He was told he would need soil borings and a topography map showing the <br />dr^inage. Mr. Edmundson was aware of these things but had just wanted to get <br />some ideas on what this Board would require of him. <br />Mr. Edmundson said he would redesign the plat and present at a later meeting. <br />There was some discussion on the fee requirements in connection with special <br />use permits and variance. More will be discussed on this at a later meeting. <br />Mr. Shearen moved to adjourn at 11:15 P. M. Seconded by Mr. Karth. Aye. <br />
