AUGUST 20, 1975 <br />-2- <br />The hearing for the petition of Charles Prokop add Stefan Jankus to <br />change the name of Lakeview Avenue, in the Otter Lake Hills Plat, <br />changed to Deer Pass Trail and for the City to accept partial maintainance <br />of same was called to order at 8:20 P.M. by Chairman Karth. <br />Mr. Locher read the Notice of Hearings that had been printed in the Forest <br />Lake Times, as required. Mr. Locher stated he did not have the affidavit <br />of Publication, but that he had spoken with the Forest Lake Times this <br />day (August 20, 1975) and was assured that it had been printed at the right <br />time. The Affidavit of Publication should be in the Clerk's office shortly. <br />Mr. Locher then read the legal description of the parcel to be renamed <br />DEER PASS TRAIL: <br />and <br />That part dedicated on the plat of Otter Lake Hills, <br />according to the map or plat thereof on file and of <br />record in the Office of the Register of Deeds in and <br />for Anoka County, Minnesotak, known and described as <br />LAKEVIEW AVENUE. <br />A 60.00 foot perpetual easement for public right-of-way <br />purposes over, under and across the following described <br />property: <br />The North Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 31 North, <br />Range 22 West, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />The center line of said easement is described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the center line of Lakeview <br />Avenue as dedicated in OTTER LAKE HILLS, according to <br />the recorded plat thereof, distant 0.45 feet east of the <br />west line of said OTTER LAKE HILLS, as measured along said <br />center line; <br />thence Northwesterly a distance of 56.32 feet along a curve <br />concave to the northeast and tangential with the center <br />tine of said Lakeview Avenue, said curve has a radius of <br />59.76 feet and a central angle of 54 degrees; <br />thence Northwesterly, tangent to said curve, 39.55 feet, <br />and said centerline there terminating. <br />Together with a perpetual easement for public right-of-way <br />purposes over, under and across that part of said North <br />Quarter which lies within the circumference of a circle <br />having a radius of 50.00 feet. The center line of said <br />circle is the terminus of the above described center line. <br />
