Mr. Keiling <br />then monimated Mr. Sheeran andMr. L'Aliier seconded the motion. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Mr. L'Allier then moved that the nominations for Vice -Chairman be <br />closed and Mr. Keiling seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Shearen was unanimously reappointed as Vice -Chairman for 1975. <br />Mr. Gary Morehouse of 660 - 79th Street, Lino Lakes came into the <br />office this afternoon requesting information abouthow to set up an <br />automotive repair shop at his home. The Clerk advised Mr. Morehouse <br />that he would have to appear before the P & Z with a complete outline <br />of his intended plans and that there were other requirements that would <br />have to be completed. She said that she would bring the matter up at <br />the P & Z meeting this evening and advise Mr. Mor-ehouse by letter of <br />the requirements. <br />There was a general discussion on this matter and Mr. L'Allier moved <br />that the Clerk send a letter to Mr. Jorehouse telling him to appear before <br />the P & Z and to outline briefly what steps must be taken before a permit <br />could be issued. The motion was seconded by Mr. Shearen. Motion carried. <br />The letter is to state that the property owners must appear before the <br />P & Z Board with the,r plans. 2. The approval of alt surrounding <br />neighbors would have to be obtained in writing. The procedure for this <br />will be explained at the P&Z meeting. 3. A specie Use Permit would <br />have to be applied for. <br />The next item of business was the request from El. Rehbeingand Son for <br />a Special Use Permit. There was no one present from Rehbein's and Mr. <br />L'Ailier moved to table this matter until a representative appeared be- <br />fore the board. Mr. Kelting seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There were several sign permit applications to be considered. Mr. Amundsen <br />had found the signs up on his yearly inspection tour of signs and the Cler <br />had written to each of the owners requesting that they fill out the <br />application form and return it to the City with their payment. The <br />permits are fore 1. His and Hers Barber and beaur-ty Shop, 2. The <br />Hemmauer's and 3. the 49 Club. Mr. whearen moved to accept alt of <br />the sign permits. Mr. i'Altier seconed the motion. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Amundsen had prepared a listing of the new state building code cha-rges <br />for building permits. He is asking that the P&Z recommend to the <br />Council that these be adopted for the City. There was a general discussion <br />on this and it was decided that the Clerk was to write a letter to Mr. <br />Amundsen inviting him to attend the next P&Z meeting in order to <br />clarify several questions the board has. <br />
