The Planning and Zoning Board has recommended <br />to keep that area at a 3.8 persons per acre. <br />The Board recommended for Por. Wagner and "4r. Huber to try <br />to find a solution to this problem. <br />Mr. Wagner made the fact that this area was undesirable for <br />individual homes. The land was swampy and mucky. This is <br />why he was so in favor of building Tia Liouses in this area. <br />The question of road access into this area was brought up <br />by Mr. McLean. Mr. Wenger answered they are planning 2 <br />road drives 30ft wide. Mr. Wagner also stated the roads <br />would be maintained by the Home Owners Assoc. <br />Mr. Hill felt it was quite a number of <br />location. What size are the individual <br />said there are some with 2-3 bedrooms, <br />kitchen, dining room, and 1 baths. Ramacher and Mr. LeTender from Able Systems came forward <br />to show plans of the fencing and parking area they have made. <br />Nothing could be done at the present time because no plans <br />were submitted into the office or given to the Planner or <br />Enginer 10 days before the P&Z. Mr. Ramacher said he <br />would drop off his plans in the Clerk's office tomorrow <br />and be on the agenda for the next meeting on Oct. t7th. <br />Mr. McLean reminded the Board that the Comprensive Meeting <br />planned for Sept. 25th has been changed to Oct. lst. <br />Mr. Hill made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:30 P.11. <br />Seconded by Mr. Ke l I ing.
