He was <br />told that at the present time water and sewer are not in that area and that <br />no one knows just when it will become available, He would have to install <br />private systems. Mr. McLean also informed him of the requirement of a <br />percolation test before individual sewage systems can be installed and that <br />this test is his responsibility. <br />Mr. Karth made note of the fact that this test is a State Law, not just a <br />Village requirement. <br />Mr. Midtaune asked if the Village allowed Modular Homes in the Village.
