All Seasons Rental will be served with an adequate waste disposal system. The development is <br />within the current Utility Staging Area 1A=2008-2015 and will be served by an 8" PVC sewer <br />main along Kelly Street. The sanitary sewer system has capacity to accommodate the <br />commercial development. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />establishes that SS Properties Addition is not a premature subdivision; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the preliminary plat for SS Properties Addition subject to the following conditions: <br />1. All conditions of Resolution No. 17-81 shall be met. <br />2. All comments from the City Engineer letter dated July 6, 2017 shall be addressed. <br />3. All comments from the Environmental Coordinator letter dated August 8, 2017 shall be <br />addressed. <br />4. A Drainage and Utility Easement Vacation Exhibit with legal descriptions shall be <br />submitted with the final plat application. <br />5. A separate trail easement shall be granted to the City extending the existing 15 foot wide <br />trail easement the entire length of the parcel along CSAH 23/Lake Drive. <br />6.
