CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 17-81 RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS FOR ALL SEASONS RENTAL/SS PROPERTIES ADDITION (7932 LAKE DRIVE) WHEREAS,the City received an application for conditional use permits for commercial planned unit development and small engine and boat repair for All Seasons Rental located at 7932 Lake Drive and hereafter referred to as "Development"; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned GB, General Business and allows for such uses with a conditional use permit; and WHEREAS,the legal description of the subject property is: PARCEL A: That part of the North 135.00 feet of the west 248.50 -feet of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying easterly of State Trunk Highway No. 8, except that part taken for road, according to the United States Government Survey thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. AND PARCEL B: The North 135.00 feet of the east 80 feet of the west 328.50 feet of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 9, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota.
