Rud& Son, Inc. <br /> 04/12/2017: Certificate of Survey-Resource Inventory,prepared by E.G. Rud & Son, Inc. <br /> 04/12/2017: Preliminary Plat,prepared by E.G.Rud& Son, Inc. <br /> 05/08/2017: Site, Grading, and Drainage Plan,prepared by Roshell Engineering, LLC <br /> 05/04/2017: Detail,prepared by Roshell Engineering, LLC <br /> 03/31/2017: SWPPP,prepared by Roshell Engineering, LLC <br /> 01/12/2017: Floor Plans,prepared by Jamb Architects <br /> 01/12/2017: Elevations, prepared by Jamb Architects <br /> 01/12/2017: Landscaping Plan,prepared by Jamb Architects <br /> 06/13/2017: Color renderings; and <br /> WHEREAS,a public hearing was held before the Planning&Zoning Board on July 12, <br /> 2017, and the Board recommended approval of the conditional use permits. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br /> Lakes hereby makes the following: <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> 1. The proposed development application has been found to be consistent with the <br /> policies and recommendations of the Lino Lakes Comprehensive Plan including: <br /> a. Land Use Plan. <br /> b. Transportation Plan. <br /> c. Utility(Sewer and Water)Plans. <br /> d. Local Water Management Plan. <br /> e. Capital Improvement Plan. <br /> f. Policy Plan. <br /> g. Natural Environment Plan. <br /> All Seasons Rental is consistent with the official City Comprehensive Plan. The parcels <br /> are guided commercial and the retail rental business is consistent with that land use. The <br /> development is also consistent with the goals and policies of the comprehensive plan in <br /> regards to resource management, transportation, utilities and local water management <br /> plan. <br /> 2 <br />
