CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION March 22,2010 <br /> APPROVED <br /> 45 Two council members noted that they had received calls questioning the impact of recently <br /> L 46 approved changes to the outdoor seating/dining requirements. City Planner Smyser <br /> 47 clarified that the changes would not unfairly restrict certain establishments from obtaining <br /> 48 permission for outdoor dining/drinking areas. <br /> 49 <br /> 50 Community Calendar—City Clerk Bartell asked Mayor Reinert to add the Board of <br /> 51 Appeals meeting to the calendar. The meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m.,prior to the <br /> 52 regular city council meeting on April 12, 2010.
