Resolution No. 10-31 Providing for Issuance and Sale of Approximately$1,015,000 General <br /> 53 Obligation Improvement& Utility Revenue Refunding Bonds Series 2010A -Finance Director <br /> 54 Rolek explained an opportunity to refinance some of the city's general obligation bond debt with <br /> 55 savings possible in the area of$45,000. <br /> 56 <br /> 57 Terri Heaton, Springsted, Inc., reviewed the refunding proposal including savings made possible <br /> 58 through a reduced interest rate. <br /> 59 <br /> 60 Council Member Roeser moved to approve Resolution No. 10-31 as presented. Council Member <br /> 61 Gallup seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote; Council Members O'Donnell Rafferty <br /> 62 absent. <br /> 63 <br /> 64 ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT REPORT,DAN TESCH <br /> 65 <br /> 66 3A. Consider Lease Agreement with North Memorial Ambulance <br /> 67 <br /> 68 The Mayor noted that this item was postponed at the last meeting and he has been informed by staff <br /> 69 that the lease documents are still under necessary legal review. Staff is therefore recommending that <br /> 70 the matter be postponed to the next meeting. <br /> 71 <br /> 72 Council Member Gallup moved to postpone to April 26, 2010. Council Member Roeser seconded the <br /> 73 motion. Public Hearing. Consider First Reading of Ordinance No. 06-10,Vacating a Drainage and <br /> 86 Utility Easement, 1612 Birch St- Community Development Director Grochala reported that a minor <br /> 87 subdivision was approved by the council with a condition that this drainage and utility easement be <br /> 88 achieved. Since the easement was not filed and the property owner is no longer seeking the <br /> 89 subdivision, staff is recommending that council approve the vacation. <br /> 90 <br /> 2 <br />
