A code required wind uplift system is missing on the exterior wall connection to the roof. <br />2. East and West wall are tied together with a suspect system to prevent movement. <br />Combination of Deficiencies <br />1. Essential Utilities and Facilities <br />a. Water service to the building has been disconnected. <br />b. Electrical service is disconnected. <br />c. There are no code accessible restrooms. <br />d. There is no code required accessible parking spaces. <br />2. Light and Ventilation <br />a. Electrical branch wiring has been removed. <br />b. All light fixtures have been removed. <br />c. The exhaust system has been removed. <br />d. The ventilation system has been disconnected. The age and condition of it make it suspect if <br />it would work as designed. <br />3. Fire Protection/Adequate Egress <br />a. There is not a code compliant fire protection system in the kitchen. <br />b. Stairs do not have code compliant hand rails. <br />c. The exterior steps leading from the kitchen area are missing and required by code. <br />d. The East and West exterior doors do not have code approved thresholds. <br />e. The East glass door does not have the code required 10 inch kick plates. <br />f.
