Delivery of the Notice of Suitability and/or <br />the Notice of Governmental Approvals by any methods described above shall also be valid. <br />c. Forms. In case of a dispute as to the form of any document required hereunder, the <br />current form adopted by the Minnesota Commissioner of Commerce as a Uniform Conveyancing <br />Blank or prepared by the Minnesota State Bar Association shall be conclusively deemed <br />reasonable. <br />d. Attorneys' Fees and Jury Waiver. If either Party shall be required to employ an <br />attorney to enforce or defend the rights of such Party hereunder, the prevailing Party shall be <br />entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees. EACH PARTY HERETO WAIVES TRIAL BY <br />JURY 1N ANY ACTION, PROCEEDING, CLAIM OR COUNTERCLAIM BROUGHT BY ANY <br />PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH ANY MATTER ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY <br />CONNECTED WITH THIS CONTRACT, THE RELATIONSHIP OF PURCHASER AND <br />SELLER HEREUNDER OR THE PROPERTY. <br />e. Integration.
