ATTACHMENT 3 <br />LINO LAKES ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-90 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONTROL, AUTHORITY, <br />AND OPERATION OF CITY OF LINO LAKES MUNICIPAL <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS, HOUSING AND <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS AND TAX INCREMENT <br />FINANCING DISTRICTS <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners (the "Board") of the Lino <br />Lakes Economic Development Authority (the "EDA") as follows: <br />1. Recitals. All actions required by the applicable provisions of <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.097 to 469.108 inclusive, have been duly taken in <br />order to create, constitute, and activate the EDA. <br />2. Accepting Project Control, Authority and Operation. In accordance <br />with Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.094, Subdivision 2, the Board hereby accepts <br />on behalf of the EDA control, authority and operation of the Projects and Tax <br />Increment Financing Districts referred to in Resolution No. 33-90 of the City <br />Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, adopted on June 11, 1990, a copy of <br />which is attached to this Resolution as Exhibit A. <br />3. Effective Date. This resolution shall be effective as of the date <br />hereof. <br />Adopted by the Board of the EDA this 18th day of June <br />19 90. <br />LN140-12 <br />esi. en <br />
