CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION September 27,2010 <br /> APPROVED <br /> 90 The council concurred that they would like to see information on scope at the next work <br /> 91 session. <br /> 92 <br /> 93 Review of Regular Meeting Agenda <br /> 94 <br /> 95 Item 6A, First Reading of Ordinance No. 11-10 amending the Zoning Ordinance <br /> 96 regulations regarding Swimming Pools and Fences - Planner Smyser explained that the <br /> 97 ordinance contains amendments to the zoning code to concur with current state building <br /> 98 code requirements and are not substantive. <br /> 99 <br /> 100 Item 6C, Pine Street Paving Improvements—City Engineer Studenski was pleased to <br /> 101 announce that the project costs came in under estimates and so staff is bringing forward <br /> 102 some reduction actions.
