Second Reading of Ordinance No. 02-09,Amending Subdivision Ordinance for <br /> 76 Housekeeping and Consistency with City Code,Jeff Smyser <br /> 77 Reading and roll call required <br /> 78 <br /> 79 Planner Smyser explained that staff is presenting for second reading and approval Ordinance No. <br /> 80 02-09 that amends the city's subdivision ordinance. The amendments are basically <br /> 81 housekeeping to reflect changes in state law and city procedures and reformatting to align with <br /> 82 the code update. <br /> 83 <br /> 84 Council Member Gallup moved to dispense with full reading of the ordinance. Council Member <br /> 85 Stoltz seconded the motion. Motion carried; Council Member Reinert was absent. <br /> 86 <br /> 87 Council Member O'Donnell moved to approve the second reading of Ordinance No. 02-09 as <br /> 88 presented.
