ORDINANCE NO. 30-C <br />VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 30, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE <br />REGULATING THE MOVING OF BUILDINGS OVER STREETS AND ALLEYS IN <br />THE VILLAGE; PROVIDING FOR PROTECTION TO THE VILLAGE FROM DAMAGES <br />ARISING OUT OF SUCH OPERATIONS.", adopted by the Village Council <br />of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, on <br />November 26, 1962. <br />THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />MINNESOTA, ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />I. <br />SECTION 2, PERMIT REQUIRED. 2.01, of Ordinance No. 30, <br />of the Village of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, adopted by <br />the Village Council on November 26, 1962, is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br />SECTION 2. PERMIT REQUIRED. <br />2.01 No person shall move any building over, along or <br />across any highway, street or alley in the Village, nor shall any <br />person move or place any building upon any lands within the Village <br />for a period longer than 24 hours without first obtaining a written <br />permit therefor from the Building Inspector, and paying the re- <br />quired fee therefor to the Village. <br />II. <br />Save for the foregoing amendment, said Ordinance No. 30 <br />shall stand and be effective as adopted and as previously amended. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication as required by law. <br />Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, this 13th day of November, 1972. <br />ATTEST: <br />Edna -L.
