CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-112 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, 2017 SURFACE WATER MAINTENANCE PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2017 Surface Water <br />Maintenance Project, quotes were received, and tabulated: <br />CONTRACTOR <br />TOTAL BID <br />Olson's Sewer Service, Inc. <br />$84,577.92 <br />CW Houle, Inc. <br />Did not quote. <br />Penn Contracting, Inc. <br />Did not quote. <br />North Pine Aggregate <br />Did not quote. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Olson's Sewer Service, Inc. is the lowest responsible quote; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Olson's Sewer <br />Service, Inc., in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction of the 2017 Surface Water <br />Maintenance Project according to the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk; and <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of October, 2017. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Manthey , Kusterman, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (absent — Maher) <br />ATTEST: <br />an <br />e Bartell, C' y Cler <br />Jeff Reinert, <br />
