CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-113 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONTRACT, BALD <br />EAGLE BOULEVARD DRIVER FEEDBACK SIGN <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the Bald Eagle Boulevard Driver Feedback Signs, <br />quotes were received, and summarized: <br />CONTRACTOR <br />TOTAL BID <br />Traffic Safety Corp. <br />$7,097.00 <br />WSB and Associates, Inc. <br />$7,130.00 <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Traffic Safety Corp. is the lowest responsible quoter; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Traffic Safety <br />Corp., in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the supply of the Bald Eagle Boulevard Driver <br />Feedback Signs. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of October, 2017. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kusterman, Manthey, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (absent - Maher) <br />ATTEST: <br />--Atli ne Bartell, Ci Cler <br />Jeff Reinert, M:ydr <br />
