CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-115 <br />APPROVING INTERSECTION CONTROL EVALUATION <br />CENTERVILLE ROAD (CSAH 21/CSAH 59) AT ASH STREET (COUNTY ROAD J) <br />/WILKINSON LAKE BOULEVARD <br />WHEREAS, of the Intersection of Centerville Road (CSAH 21/CSAH 59) at Ash Street (CR <br />J)/Wilkinson Lake Blvd has unsatisfactory levels of service; and <br />WHEREAS, the local road authorities including the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County and <br />Ramsey County, in partnership with the North Oaks Development Company and the City of <br />North Oaks have prepared an Intersection Control Evaluation report; and <br />WHEREAS, the Intersection Control Evaluation report recommends the construction of a <br />roundabout at the intersection of Centerville Road (CSAH 21/CSAH 59) at Ash Street (CR <br />J)/Wilkinson Lake Blvd; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota, hereby approves the Intersection Control Evaluation (ICE) report for <br />Centerville Road (CSAH 21/CSAH 59) at Ash Street (CR J)/Wilkinson Lake Blvd. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of October, 2017. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council MembetRafferty and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kusterman, Rafferty, Manthey, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none (absent —0 Maher) <br />ATTEST: <br />anne Bartell, Ci <br />41111111k <br />Jeff Reinert r <br />r <br />
