CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-128 <br />APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO GM CONTRACTING, INC. FOR 2016 AQUA LANE <br />TO BLACK DUCK DRIVE TRUNK WATER MAIN PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 16-113 of the Council adopted September 26, 2016, <br />awarding the contract for the 2016 Aqua Lane to Black Duck Drive Trunk Water Main Project to <br />GM Contracting, Inc. <br />WHEREAS, GM Contracting, Inc. has completed construction of the project, and a summary of <br />costs are detailed in Payment No. 4 (Final); <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that <br />Pay Voucher 4 (final) is approved to GM Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $65,834.03. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of November, 2017. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />M e tthRaffertyKusterman, Maher, e1ner <br />The tollowifl voted againsname: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Jeff Reinert, 14 <br />
